Does this have to be placed over the eye? I'm just thinking it might be a bit cumbersome to have to hold the IC Pad over my eye for an hour.

Hi Shawn, thank you for your question! Yes, it would not be comfortable to hold IC Pad near the eye for one hour. You can try to cover IC Pad with soft fabric (to cover lights and make it softer), place it on the soft pillow, lay down, and put the side of the head on IC Pad.

Hi Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, If covered with the soft fabric, and placing the pad over or on the side of the eyes, do you suggest having the eyes closed or open during the hour? Thank you.

Hi Elena, you can keep your eyes closed, but open should be also okay, depends on what is more comfortable for you.

I use this in combination with Cardiac focused PEMFs, and following a consistent and regimented schedule of application my symptoms, manifesting from my Idiopathic Cardiomyopathy (which had grown to alarming proportions) have all but disappeared.
