When it says place the IC pad on the head; can The glow pad touch on the forehead skin? Or can be tied ? It’s a 16 min transfer

Hi Shalini, yes, the glowing IC Pad can touch the skin. You can tie it to the head or place it in the fold of the hat. You can also place it on the forehead when laying down.

Should I only drink the water every three days or daily if I have chronic symptoms? And in the case of acute symptoms (flu) as well?

Hi Antonia, we recommend drinking the same IC at least 3 times a day. Once symptoms get stably better, you can slowly start using it more rarely - 2 times a day for one week, then 1 time a day for the next week, and then 2-3 times a week.
