yes, this was designed to support those who struggle with undermethylation. if you are overmethylating, focus on niacin.

Hi Dario, your can use PEMF for children and babies under parents' supervision. If using the Glowing IC Pad just need to make sure that lights are not directed into the eyes (because lights may be too intense).
