I have two questions:  is it necessary to drink ICโ€™s 10 minutes between each one?  Is it necessary to wrap IC bottles in aluminum foil?

Hi all, looking forward to my glowing pad to arrive :) Are there Infopathy practitioners that I can book an appointment with. There are plenty of ICs I'd love to get stuck into, but wondered if there is a particular order I should use them in for most effectiveness. E.g. I have uterine fibroids, so would love to use the ICs for that, but also know my liver is very much connected to the fibroids, so should I do that first, etc. Thanks!

Kate, welome to Infopathy! :)

You can contact Dr Akemi for example: akemi@doctorakemi.com ย

Order of ICs (your โ€œwhich first?โ€ question)

  • Thereโ€™s no strict universal orderโ€”you can use ICs in the sequence that works best for you . That said, many people feel better starting with gentle liver support, then layering in fibroidโ€‘targeted ICs. Itโ€™s a preference, not a rule.
Two focused options for uterine fibroids

Is it better to let the Glow Pad completely lose its charge before RECHARGING or is it ok/better to use the Glow Pad for treatments and then put back on charger until fully charged again?

ย Julie-Anne Cox, new one about 5 hours, but depends on the IC. Also, when device just On it also drains energy, therefore try turning it off after using. It should go turn off automatically after 10 minutes, but sometimes it can stay awake due to connection to the phone.ย
