Hello! I am looking to treat my subventricular tachycardia and my heart palpitations. It happens randomly and I can sometimes go for months without it. I think its triggered when I eat food with sulfites, but Im not entirely sure. Sometimes I also wake up randomly in the middle of the night with a racing heart, but this beat is not out of rhythm. Amber Fox, it seems we don't have ICs for sulfite sensitivity. Overall you can try using some supplemental ICs, like:
Vitamin B12 - some sources suggest that Vitamin B12 may help with the detoxification of sulfites, but evidence is anecdotal.
Molybdenum - this trace element is a component of an enzyme that helps break down sulfites in the body.
