Installation Instructions for iOS Users:
  1. Follow this link: https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz
  2. Install the TestFlight app, which enables you to install the beta version of the Infopathy app. If you asked for the code, please use this one: y9KKvTDz
    If you are not able to enter that code, please follow this link https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz

I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

ย Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show โ€œJoinโ€/โ€œInstallโ€ directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

I've been having issues with the app today. When I try to start any infoceutical, the "transfer" button either doesn't respond at all or else it loads and then nothing happens, as though it's never been pressed. And now, more recently, every time I start up the app, it simply crashes. Restarted my phone (Pixel 5a) to make sure it had nothing to do with that, and no, it's definitely... See more

Nes | QA Analyst Could not get any infoceuticals to transfer through the app today. It hangs there as if loading and then crashes and closes out automatically each time.

Hello, it does that to me too but not every hour I think that some hours it doesn't work, others do. Here iPhone 14 lots of available memory.

Since I have a premium membership, why do I have to login everytime using the app? I got the app installed and works when Online but where are the instructions to use it? and how to use it Offline? When I start an IC when Online using the app, only after starting do I see where is has a slider to use Offline. Running it online does the IC get... See more

Hi John, the app asks you to enter your email and password every time you open it? Just to confirm, you don't click "log out" it does it automatically?ย 
Regarding offline mode - you can select particular ICs and Complexes to use offline by switching the slider. When your phone is in airplane mode or just doesn't have internet you are still able to open the app, navigate to those... See more

Anton SF After launching the app, I klick on the first one to test, which is "11-Keto-DHT", the "Start Transfer" button is greyed out. A note says "This IC is only available under Premium Membership." I AM a member. So, Yes clicking on the upper right corner of a Person's profile, it lists "Login" so I DO have to login each time.
