Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version, 
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Hi Antonโ€ฆI am unable to get into the app. It asks me for my credentials and then it looks like I am in, but when I try to access anything, it keeps repeating the request to log in.

I have to use a new smartphone, nothing has changed in my data or email, but I can no longer download the app because I am not authorized for it.

Something changed and I can no longer log in via iOS mobile app. I log in normally, with no error messages, and then when I try to browse to an IC, I get the same "Please login" prompt.

Currently we still working on loging fix on iOS. Android was fixed, but also need to delete cache to make it work offline. We hope to fix iOS soon.
