I am new here and would like to try this. I got the testflight app but i cant type in that code. the first two digits wont even type into the area. The y9 wont type in bit the rest does???? it says its the worng code. any ideas on what I can do. Running it on my iphone IOS

Lisa Horne, insetad of the code, please following this link again https://testflight.apple.com/join/y9KKvTDz and it should open TestFlight and show “Join”/“Install” directly. This often fixes code/redeem issues.

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version,
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Sometimes the Android App cancels running IC/PEMF process when mobile phone switches to standby - any proposals?

Hi Mathias Cronenberg ! By standby, do you mean when the phone automatically locks/sleep? It stops playing while locked? May I know what IC/PEMF you've encountered this with? Thank you

Mathias Cronenberg I also find this, unless I'm watching over it, and moving it etc it switches off with screen lock and on an android pixel you can't seem to turn off screen lock, max is 30 mins

Ava, I use on pixel 7, once I hit power button to lock the screen, it continue to run. Can you please check what app version you currently have? To check version please click on top right (account) -> settings and at the bottom left it will say 0.6.1 or something like that. Thank you!

Actually now, after additional tests, I see that transfer pauses after few minutes of screen locked for me. We will work on this. Thank you! :)

I've downloaded the TestFlight app on my iphone, but it won't let me type or paste the code y9KKvTDz ... in fact when I type it or paste it (case specific) it shows up as "KKVTDZ" and ignores the y9 ...weird! Any ideas?

I use the Android operating system. When I follow the link and download the app I get the following messages.
"Error:
CapacitorSQLiteplugin:
protocol message
contained an invalid tag

Then it does the updates. I've found that when I try to run most things they won't run...

Hello Shannee! May I know if this is your first time downloading the app or if not, when did you first use it? This will help us know if the error is based on a previous app version.

Can you also try following this:

go to Infopathy's Settings by long-pressing the app's icon > then click "App info"
clear the cache
clear data
