when I use the website they said I haven't applied for membership. I did apply though. I could only use it on the app but the web base

Hi Anton,
I got your app testing. When I tried to download it on Google Play or use the public version,
it just showed the black screen, nothing happened. My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 20Ultra.
Please advise.

Another thing that has happened is that a couple of times, it has not been possible to turn the glow pad off.
I press stop....which sometimes takes several attempts for it to register..... and when it does, the pad keeps glowing.
One day I had to turn the phone off, it was the only way I could stop the glow, stop the noise because the programme would not... See more

This happened to me today with the website. I had to turn off my iPad, closing the app wasn't enough.
Another interesting thing: I played a list of Daniel's music, 5 or so songs. It got stuck on the first song (I was cooking and didn't really notice it), when I looked at the page I noticed that the first song was still playing, but the playlist continued.

Hi This same thing is happening to me as well when I'm using the APP. I was about to post about it. Even when the treatment it's done the IC glowing pad stays just glowing.
