Hi. I have cancelled my membership today because of circumstances, I am just wondering why it wont be cancelled until 11 February 2026, why does it take so long to cancel? That means 2 more payments will be taken and I havent been using it for a long time. Thank you in advance.

Rosalind Smith Robinson, sorry about the confusion - cancelling stops auto‑renewal but keeps your access active until the end of your current paid period;

11 February 2026 reflects the end of a prepaid term (e.g., an annual plan) rather than a delay in cancelling;
