Hi Paille, try taking it for at least 2 weeks. Drink prepared water at least 3 times a day, taking at least 50 ml each time.

Hi 이은숙, it starts with about 16000 Hz frequency, that not all people can hear well. It is okay if you don't hear some of the frequencies.
