Can anyone direct me to the right protocol for a dog that cannot walk. Suspected coon hound syndrome. One day he could not walk, somewhat stronger but not on his own

Anton SF thank you. No vaccine. Vet could not find a reason other than coon hound. Said he may recover in 5 or 6 weeks. Well it has been that long. So should I try something different or what you have suggested?
