I hae only been an infopathy member for 1 week, but have observed a few things from using the remote!
For allergies, I selected CETIRIZINE HYDROCHLORIDE, and for a day or two, woke up without a runny nose, then it's effects stopped!

Everyone responds a little differently, so it's not uncommon to experiment with different durations and see what works best for you. Some people find that Infinity provides more consistent support for ongoing issues, while others do well with scheduled sessions.

Can I add these to other drinks like Harmony Strike and FiveConnors, so all three together in a glass of water and then drink them over several days? Thanks and best regards

Dorothea Lambert , if you'd like to combine several ICs into the same drink, it's best to create a Complex first and then imprint the Complex into your water. This ensures all of the ICs are imprinted together.

If you imprint one IC after another into the same glass, each new imprint may partially overwrite the previous one.
