While performing programming for PEMF protocol, I would like to recommend 2 things:

1. Set the default waveform to ramped sqr if this is not affecting other users.
2. Set the duration, minutes to blank or “1” rather than the current “0.00” as it is uncommon to set duration in terms of seconds.

Clement Lui, thank you for the suggestions! we will implement that. But regarding waveform, we would probably set Square, as if you usually use square ramped and Sharp, it is the same as just Square, but it will not need to be generated in a complicated way as actually Square Samp requires in the backend.

Eva, for the Cataract IC, since it’s an audible IC, the duration is already built into the track — it’s 20 minutes, so you can simply listen to it from start to finish.

How often to use it:

Once daily is a good starting point
You can increase to 2 times per day if it feels comfortable

Eva, with ICs like this, especially for something like cataracts, results can vary from person to person. Some people do report improvements in clarity, comfort, or slowing of progression, but it’s not something that have many widely shared or documented testimonials yet.
