This is helping me so much with my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome! After one week using this and the Histamine Buster, I've gotten off all my OTC antihistamines, and am only using my oral rX occasionally. Whew! And my symptoms are better under control than before! This is what my Dr. was hoping for me : ) Only to need my monthly shot for MCAS and no more extra meds. (I expect to get to that point within a month.)

Allergy PEMF whenever symptoms tend to flare (often morning or midโday). You donโt need to run
Histamine Buster immediately afterโuse it once daily a few hours apart from the allergy track for best separation, and up to twice daily on tougher days (placement: sternum). If you meant only
Histamine Buster , its timing is flexible, 1โ2 sessions per day is recommended.ย
