Beverley Cox, best to imprint water, but yes, it can be also applied directly to the area of the body.

as long as you can connect to the internet with a compatible browser and can hook up a headphone cable to connect to the device, all those will work. phone, tablet, computer (desktop or laptop)

Has anyone figured out a way to strap the glo pad onto your body so you can walk around while receiving PEMFs?

I found this which works nicely. I wear it to bed as well as it keeps the glo pad where I want it even if I fall asleep and turn over during a transfer!

A very thin Fanny pack, tights with good pockets (I use athleta stash tights). You can also use your regular pants pockets. Optimal is skin to skin but a thin layer of clothing / jeans is fine.
