Suzanna, theoretically they can last for many months, but we recommend using withing 30 days or reimprint later.

If you are using Bluetooth , make sure that “ Infopathy GlowPad ” is selected as the audio output and the volume is > 0
Please could you explain this to me in more detail, as I don't understand it. I use my Honorpad as a Bluetooth connection, but it's always at the highest volume. What is the correct way to do... See more

Marlies Thurnher, on your Honorpad, when you connect via Bluetooth, you may have multiple audio options (tablet speakers, headphones, or GlowPad). You need to make sure GlowPad is chosen — otherwise, the signal may go to your speakers instead of into the GlowPad.

Keep the volume up and must not be at 0. Since you already use the highest volume, you’re doing it correctly.
