1. Charge your IC Pad using USB cable for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off.

Some queries on the new IC treatment pad.
- given that Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Near Infra Red (NIR) are applied accordingly that more exposure is less, based upon the power output, have any assessments been made as to the time of exposure to effect a best healing practice for this device?

-GlowPad 3 red and IR lights are pretty gentle compare to traditional red therapy devices, therefore there it is not a problem to use it several hours a day, especially when you place GlowPad on different areas.

Barry Clayton Staples-Smith (Aura Blue), sorry missed that question. Magnetic waves emitted by the coil is the main part of the imprinting and also PEMF treatment - magnetic waves interact with charged particles in our body (like ions) and do the effect.
