Dana Klinkner, yes, you can use same PEMF several time a day, there is no limit. We recommend using same PEMF IC 1-2 times every day.

Shelby I have not used this to charge my christals (yet) BUT i love-love-love to spray frequencies around the house to space clear and bring in benefitial energies AND - get this - it works sooooooooOoooo well to spray outdoors in the winter with the intention of charging the frost and or snow. I know it's not supposed to do well when frozen, but I feel like this outdoor technique... See more

Hi Katja, do you mean on each IC and complex card/page? It means how many times it was transfered, 12k means about 12 000 times for example.
