hi Anton, this evening I tried to prepare water with IC SINUSITE but my IC PAD doesn't work, it doesn't emit pulsations and the white LED doesn't even flash, why???? Am I doing something wrong? A thousand thanks

Sara, please try to restart your phone/laptop and make sure the audio volume is set to maximum level after starting the transfer. If still does not work, please let me know what phone/laptop are you using and do you use an audio cable connection or Bluetooth. Thank you!

I was at my health practitioners office today, and she introduced me to infopathy. I am very interested in purchasing the glow disc, but I would like to know does it work with an Apple iPad? I am very eager to learn, it seems like a wonderful program for healing.

Hi Francesca, yes, it works with iPad, if your iPad does not audio jack you would need to get an adapter for an audio cable (which can be purchased from the Apple store).

Anton SF what would you need the audio Jack for if you can connect via blootooth? Just trying to determine what functionality I’m missing :)

Allison B, this was a post from about 1 year ago and our older version GlowPad did not have Bluetooth connectivity (only audio cable), also some people may be sensitive to Bluetooth and trying to avoid it by using an audio cable connection.

Anton, I want to thank you so much for always replying so promptly. I also want to say that your glow pad has been a lifesaver for me. Both of my daughters watched me infuse water and use the glow disk on their families and now they both have one.. I use it daily for many different things. It’s definitely a game changer! Keep up the great work!
