Another quick question as I browse ICs. What would you say is the best IC/complex for muscle building, testosterone, recovery/healing etc. I am an avid gym goer and trying to figure out the best complex to use daily on here. I was also curious, does using these complexes with multiple ICs in them have any negative affect on the effectiveness of each compared to just using the different ICs individually?

Overall complexes with up to 6 ICs in them should not have any "overwhelming" issues for most people. Larger complexes may not work for some, therefore we recommend to start with small complexes (up to 6 ICs) and later try larger complexes.
