If I drink 2 different IC Imprints, how much time should I leave between drinking? :)

Shelby, it is better to run it twice a day, like 5-10 hours apart. When we apply Imprint ICs directly to body, we affect our body water, but also cells directly as well. Usually it is less effective then drinking water probably (was shown experimentally, but no exact explanation) because of shielding properties of the skin, it partially blocks the signal.

Hi Stacey, the best way is to apply directly, but you can also imprint it to water. Drink at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time.

Anton SF Hi, as it's best to apply PEMF directly, does that mean that imprinting will work but not as quickly or as powerfully? (and vice versa). I have been imprinting things even if they are say PEMF or audible, with the intention that it will be as beneficial, but I'd be glad to know why both can work but one is recommended as I would like to use a... margaret coulber, experience maybe different, so far with our studies imprint ics was more effective when transfer to water and consumed. For PEMF, it is generally how they used (direct application) and they are sequences of frequencies, so frequencies they played first are partially override by next one if imprinting to water.
