 I am trying to add a new device (kindle) to use and I need to sign in on it. I lost my password list so don't know my old password and can't set up a new password without my old password. How do I set a new password without my old password?

ย Michele , hereโ€™s what you can do:
  1. Log out from your account and go to the Infopathy login page:
    • Click on the "Forgot Password?"..
  2. Enter your email address:
    • The system will prompt you to enter the email address you used to sign up for Infopathy.
  3. Check your email:
    • Infopathy will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  4. Follow the link:

My glowing IC stops imprinting and it should be fully charged. Sometimes I have to click start several times. What do others experience?

Dr. Rebecca Rhodes, please try using Chrome or Brave browser. Some browsers like Safari or Firefox recently glitchy sometimes.ย
