After eight or so years of intermittent pain in my shoulder, the last two of which I could not raise my arm over my head without pain - this IC has restored my mobility 99.9%. It's still tender at times after over-exercising, but it resolves after a day or so. I started using March 8th and less than one month later I can finally sleep on that side again!!! With no shoulder or neck pain as before. I will continue to use a bit here and there to see if the .1% resolves! This is way better, less expensive, less invasive and permament whereas three cortisone shots did next to nothing and with no permanent results!! So blessed!
8년 정도 간헐적인 어깨 통증에 시달렸는데, 특히 마지막 2년 동안은 통증 때문에 팔을 머리 위로 올릴 수도 없었습니다. 그런데 이 IC 덕분에 어깨 가동성이 99.9% 회복되었습니다. 과도한 운동 후에는 여전히 약간 욱신거리는 느낌이 있지만, 하루 이틀 지나면 괜찮아집니다. 3월 8일부터 사용하기 시작했는데, 한 달도 채 안 되어 드디어 반대쪽으로 누워 잘 수 있게 되었습니다!!! 이전처럼 어깨나 목 통증도 없습니다. 0.1% 성분이 완전히 사라지는지 확인하기 위해 조금씩 계속 사용할 예정입니다! 이 제품은 코르티손 주사를 세 번이나 맞았지만 효과도 거의 없었고 영구적인 효과도 없었던 것에 비해 훨씬 좋고, 가격도 저렴하고, 덜 침습적이며, 효과도 영구적입니다!! 정말 감사한 일입니다!
