Intestinal cleansing without any pain or discomfort, effective from the first application. I used this IC and after 10 minutes, the bitter taste of Swedish herbs disappeared.

This had an immediate effect on me. I wasn't actually sure if this IC was the best one to use, but thought I'd try it, and used it as an PEMF, placing it on my chest. Within seconds, I felt a weight lift off my chest and breathing seemed easier and deeper. Thank you so much.

Most often it enhances my sleep and promotes dreaming. I usually take just before bedtime but I believe it works better if I take it about 1/2 hour before bedtime.
