Not sure what's going on with the glow pad. It's not transferring. It's fully charged and Ive tried on 2 devices.
I'm wondering if there's something wrong with it as this often happens....Any advice?

Suzanna, do you use audio cable connection or bluetooth? If audio cable connection, do you use audio cable adapter or your phone has headphone connector?
Just in case, please check that sound volume is set to maximum level after stating the transfer.

Labrune, you can imprint your ICs into water, cream, oil, or other carriers in advance before going offline. Once imprinted, the effects can last for up to 30 days (ideally stored in glass or high-quality plastic).
