CHIVET, yes, this can be used to help protect flowering plants from pests, especially when the pests are associated with fungal or microbial issues.

Infopathy Team Thank you for your reply. My oleander is indeed regaining strength. It was overrun with parasites. I really thought I was going to lose it, given the number of leaves that have turned yellow and fallen off... I continue to water it every 2 to 3 days with water impregnated with sulfur. Thanks again.
