Hi Todd, in general, we suggest using Imprint ICs at least 3 times a day at least 2oz (50mL) of water each time. From the observation, IC related to losing weight are good for those who have some extra weight.

does water imprint the same with all types of water, or do you need to structure your water I.E sea salt, lemon or with a electrolyte powder
