LindaM, PEMF ICs need to be used with transfer devices. IC Pads convert sound signal into magnetic waves, so there is no irritating sound.

LindaM, if you hear noise during the transfer, it means GlowPad is not properly connected to your phone or laptop. Please see detailed troubleshooting video here:

Pinkish light is normal, it is supposed to be white, but in some production batches indicator LEDs are a bit off and it can be pinkish.

It's been a while since I used my Glow Pad and I see there is a version 3 - I think mine is version one. It isn't working or connecting to any of my devices. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Tiffany, is you GlowPad round in grey metal casing? It is GlowPad 2.
Please try the following:

1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger. If there is no yellow light during the charging, please try using a different charging USB cable (it is called a micro-USB cable).
