I started using a new Android phone and when I connect my glow pad now, the blue and red LEDs only light up for a second and do not light up again while transferring. What should I do? If I need to reset the device, please explain how.

I usually try a few things Anton gave me:
1. Make sure it is charged, connected properly and volume is up
2. Hold the On/Off button until it glows red. Release. Now turn on
3. Turn Bluettooth off then on again. Reconnect
4. Reopen Infopathy.com in a new tab

Hope one of these helps

I am not sure if this is where I would ask. New owner of Glow Pad. I have a dog with CUPS (canine ulcerative periodontal Syndrome) It is an autoimmune and I believe he got it from Heavy metal overload. Any suggestions beside a Heavy mental detox?

Laurie LaRock, for your dog with CUPS (Canine Ulcerative Periodontal Syndrome), which is an autoimmune condition possibly linked to heavy metal overload, there are some Infopathy options that may support detoxification and immune regulation:

Metal Detox is designed to help remove inflammation caused by heavy metals in organs and tissues. This could be beneficial as part of a detox strategy, alongside other veterinary guidance.
