Hi Stephanie, we recommend using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. Use it for one month every day.

Hi Shannee, yes, it can be used for animals. Pretty much any ICs can be used for animals, even if it does not specify it.
