Hi Anton, something seems to be wrong with my new IC Glow Pad. I used it for two days, everything was fine. But now, there is no blue light during transfer. Battery seems to be full, because when I charge it, the yellow light turns on, but then after about 1 minute, it turns off. Hi Mary, thank you for your message! please try the following steps: 1) Connect IC Pad to your laptop or smartphone. 2) Start transfer. 3) Make sure audio volume is set to maximum. This helped Birgit.
