please advise, can you do too many in a day? I have a three main health issues I am targeting and using combination of PEMF, audible and Imprint. thanks

Hi John, you can not overdose by using too many ICs in a day. It is important to use the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times and the same PEMF and Audible ICs 1-2 times a day. It is good to have up to 3 health goals at the same time.

Hi Adelheid, the best would be to apply it at the bottom back of the head. For example, when laying down, place the device under the top of the neck.
