Hi Andrea, we recommend taking the same Imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2 oz) of water each time.

Thank you Anton! Is there such a thing as drinking too much of it? The water tastes great.

No, you can not overdose on ICs, only on the water itself if you drink too much, like a gallon (3-4 liters) a day :)

Karen, PEMF ICs (as this one) are the best to apply directly to the body, but you can also try to imprint it to water.

Hi Anton,  in reference to the PEMF ICs. When you say best results are to apply directly to the body.  Can you tell me all the applications that fits that  criteria ? I know you can use the Glow directly on the body how else could you apply?
 Thank you
 Betty

Hi Betty, you can also imprint it to water and drink water, you can see a table here on different types of ICs and their application methods: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=methods_overview
