Hi CT, in general, we suggest focusing on up to 3 health goals at the same time. Same PEMF IC you need to use 1-2 times every day. You can use a few PEMF ICs one right after another.

Hi CT, there are no limitations on using PEMF or other times of ICs. Only things - we recommend using the same IC every day. For example, selecting a few ICs and using them each day.
