PS also can you put the glowing pad directly onto skin on the kidneys? or is it preferable above clothes? thank you

maz, yes, you can also put it directly on the skin. If you use Glowing IC Pad then on the skin it would be more beneficial due to additional benefits from lights.ย

I have a general question - sometimes I will have to reload the IC once I am halfway through. Is there a way to fast forward so I can get to the same point without starting all over again?

Daniella Viviana, if you use it on the computer you can click right arrow on the keyboard (it would work with some PEMF ICs), we will add this feature on the mobile later as well.
