If you meant while transferring an IC you notice little noice but another IC you don’t, and the connection and the volume is as usual, that is completely normal - different ICs carry different frequencies so they make different sounds/ noise.

I hope you enjoy using your circuit IC pad as much as I do - how compact and reliable it is due to no charging is needed (yet it uses the battery of your connecting device)
