Or follow these steps:

1. Turn on the IC Pad

2. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds. (keep holding even when the white light goes off).

3. After 10 seconds the indicator light will flash red. You can remove your finger and the device will turn off.

Hi Everyone,

We’re excited to announce a new feature: you can now add one complex to another!

Please note, this doesn’t create a “nested complex” (a complex within a complex). Instead, it simply adds all the ICs from one complex to another, making it easier to manage and customize your personal complexes.

I’ve tried this function but this add the individual ICs into the complex instead of the whole group of ICs
Please make adding groups of ICs into a complex possible so that the combination/ grouping of all-at-once-transfer can be curated to the user’s liking🙏💖 (that make the ‘new player’ less appealing to those who like curating their own ‘playlists’ though)

Phoenix Cheung @ Soar with Phoenix, if we make adding Complex into Complex, so it will actually look like complex includes complex, not just single ICs, it may cause issue, where you have complex in a complex in a complex in a complex etc (many levels, nested complexes).. so you would not actually know what is included in the complex, unless you explore all the branches of the complex... Evapls, please try the following:

1) Charge IC Pad for about 3 hours using a USB cable and charger.

2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.

3) Restart your computer or phone. Try a different phone or computer. Try Chrome or Brave browsers.
