Hi isoul I have been using the night nutrients for over a year now using the ics pad and have loved it...recently I purchased the ics hummer and I'm not sure it's working correctly.. it doesn't show the waves on the screen and the hummer screeches intermittently... is this correct... I find it quite irritating cause the pitch is almost like a fire alarm.. am using a Samsung note to access website... have tried it on my phone and same intermittent pitch

Hi Bruna, if you start transfer without any transfer devices connected it should sound similar way how it sounds on IC Hummer. With IC Hummer you also need to have a lower volume level set, 80% or less. Also, please try to close other tabs in your browser and close other apps on your phone.
