Hi Salud, we recommend using the same imprint  IC or complex at least 3 times every day drinking at least 2oz (50ml) of water each time. Before swallowing water, keep it in your mouth for 10 seconds. Try drinking IC water on an empty stomach.

Hi C. Huda, it would be best to place IC Pad on the nose/side of the nose. If you have a glowing IC Pad, you can cover the lights, so they do not point directly into your eyes.
