Anton buonasera, ho una domanda sul secondo metodo di trasferimento degli IC in 200ml di acqua la sto preparando per un bambino perchè ha tonsille gonfie con filamenti bianchi. Non capisco, si devono bere 2/3 bicchieri con dentro ognuno 10 gocce di acqua informata??? ho capito bene?....quindi 30 gocce al giorno per 30 giorni?...... GRAZIEEEEEEEE....

Sara, the second method is about preparing a saline solution that can store ICs for a longer time - 30 days (instead of 3 days as in method #1). You need to put 1 teaspoon of Himalayan or Sea salt into 200 ml of water. Then you can put that water into a dropper bottle (or a few dropper bottles if your dropper bottle is small). Sara, you can drink just 1 glass with 10 drops during the day, but not all at once, split it in at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml each time. But it might be simpler (no need to store remaining water) to just finish the whole glass at once and do this 3 times a day (so you would be drinking 3 glasses with 10 drops... Zobacz więcej
