i WANT to apply topically, do I need to imprint water and spray on my skin or is necessary to imprint some oily or cream solution to apply on the skin?Thanks

Pin, you can imprint the IC into water and then spray it on your skin. However, using an oil or cream might be more effective, as these can adhere to the skin more effectively and may provide a better result.
