Question? Half the time that I try to use the pad it doesn't work. I've tried two different devices, my computer and my phone. I don't think it's my device. Either the pad is defective, the cord is defective or I'm defective. LOL HELP!

Cindy Wimbrow , please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your computer or phone after you start transfer.

Bonjour Anton,
Comment fait-on pour un Iphone 12 ou les nouveaux téléphones qui n'ont pas de prise jack? Faut-il passer par le IC Hummer automatiquement qui n'a pas besoin de câble?

Marie-Josée MAURICE, for iPhone 12 or newer models that don't have a headphone jack, you can use Apple's Lightning to 3.5mm adapter. This adapter allows you to connect devices like the IC Pad that typically require a 3.5mm headphone jack. Once you have the adapter, simply plug it into your iPhone's Lightning port, and you can proceed with imprinting as usual.

Anton SF Merci pour cette réponse.. Je pense que mon amie va pouvoir prendre un appareil... Par contre, les nouveaux Android qui n ont plus de prises Jack ne doivent pas pouvoir prendre un ic pad avec un adaptateur Apple.. Le Bluetooth deviendrait donc obligatoire ? C est encore une fréquence supplémentaire ... Comment l éviter si on veut rester filaire ??

Marie-Josée MAURICE, even if your phone does not have a headphones jack it should still support an audio cable adapter. For Android phones it is usually "USB-C to 3.5mm audio cable adapter", you can get it at Amazon. Otherwise you can try using Bluetooth - we designed GlowPad 3 in a way, that it uses Bluetooth at very very low intensity (even undetectable):

Pour l'instant, j'ai IC Pad et j'ai une prise Jack sur mon téléphone. Sauf que de plus en plus de gens se retrouvent avec ce problème de jack et je saurai quoi leur répondre....
j'apprécie aussi de savoir que l'intensité du Bluetooth est très faible. C'était aussi une question que j'avais dans le fond de mes pensées

Thanks Anton. I actually found the first webinar and watched most of it last night! I'm really excited to get my machine. My husband asked if we can just stop eating and just use the imprints instead? I thought i t was a valid point. He thinks this all sounds too far-fetched to be real.
