Hi there. I am having issues with my ic pad staying activated. It seems to be an issue with the cord/plug in. The program will run ( I am mostly using the PEMF on my body) and just randomly the disk will not be emitting anything......I can usually remedy by turning the plug in around a bit until it finds a spot it likes but that is no longer working. This has been the same when plugged into my computer and phone. The cord is fine, no tears or bends. I have only had the disk since the fall. Is there a warranty or??

Le programme fonctionnera (j'utilise principalement le PEMF sur mon corps) et de manière aléatoire, le disque n'émettra rien ...... Je peux généralement remédier en tournant le plug-in autour un... Je peux généralement remédier en tournant le plug-in autour un peu jusqu'à ce qu'il trouve un endroit qu'il aime mais qui ne fonctionne plus. Cela a été la même chose une fois branché sur mon ordinateur et mon téléphone. Le cordon est bien, pas de déchirures ni de plis. Je n'ai le disque que depuis l'automne. Y a-t-il une garantie ou ??
