If selected lights are not working during transfer please try the following:
- Please make sure audio volume is set to maximum level on your phone or laptop.
- Please try to restart your phone or laptop.
- Please try using different browser, like Chrome or Brave.

Hi Brittani, please make sure the audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you start the transfer.
