I have two questions: is it necessary to drink IC’s 10 minutes between each one? Is it necessary to wrap IC bottles in aluminum foil?

of course i know you will want to hear from Anton our PRO but i have listened to many of the Q&As and they do say to wait 10 minutes between each different IC Complex I feel...now i could be wrong but i feel like i have heard and read that multiple times AND the aluminum foil isn't a MUST but it was suggested if you wanted some protection from...
