Hi there,
I am having trouble with the “Schedule (Beta). I enter all the info to schedule IC’s and when I check it has changed the info I inputted to begin with. Ie the time zone, the repetition etc. ??? Not sure if there is a glitch??

How to plan remote care?
Is it possible to plan a program that would repeat itself?
For example, "happy water" with 3 readings in a row, 4 times a day.

Isabelle , yes, you can schedule remote treatmetments. Set 3 repeats (but we actually suggest at least 6 repeats (12 minutes for Imprint ICs for remote treatments) and run it 4 times a day.

Is it possible to automatically schedule one or more treatments remotely, by
For example, every day or every other day, without having to restart them manually each time?

If so, could you please tell me the procedure to follow to set up this automatic programming?

Hello, I'm new here, but I urgently need something for my daughter:

Is there anything like this for Grandpa's genetic defect, specifically faded optic nerves? Or where could I find something like that? Or what can help stabilize the condition as much as possible and prevent it from worsening?

Hello again, I dropped the device about 30 cm and now it's not lighting up anymore… is there anything I can do? Can I still use it? Is there a way to restart it?

Chris, is there white indicator light when you turn on the device? If yes, but device does not glow during the transfer, please try these steps: https://www.infopathy.com/troubleshoot

Infopathy Team Is it correct that only the blue lights are illuminated during the 20-second test? Lights are now appearing, but I think more lights were illuminated at the beginning… Is there a video I could compare the recording to?
