PS also can you put the glowing pad directly onto skin on the kidneys? or is it preferable above clothes? thank you

maz, yes, you can also put it directly on the skin. If you use Glowing IC Pad then on the skin it would be more beneficial due to additional benefits from lights.ย

Brittani, PEMF ICs need to be used with IC Pad or IC Hummer, direclty applied to the body. There is one Immune related Audible ICsย  B (584 Hz) Nogier .
