Hello, I've had my Glow Pad 3 for a few days now and things were going well. Today the battery ran out so I fully charged it (the red light was on consistently and then turned off after a few hours) but now I am unable to turn it on again. I've been pressing the power button for a few seconds like usual, but nothing happens. Is there anything else i can try like a hard reset or something?
