I put the Pad directly on my face covered with a small handkerchief with blue lights, the results are excellent from the first application, I recommend it!

This IC was made specifically to address the nutrients that my wife needs more of. Each consecutive scan (she gets scanned once a week) shows improvement in all the nutrients she has been deficient in.
