I love to journal, spend time each morning creating my day in writing โ๏ธ while having my perfect cup of cozy coffee โ๏ธ.
Today, my thumb at the center knuckle GOT STUCK. ๐ณ
Itโs not really painful but stiff and annoying to say the least.
Any and all suggestions would truly be appreciated.

I did try EZ Trigger Finger with out any success.ย
Does the Glow Pad have to seat on the Thumb?
Because, it is a rather awkward getting the Glow Pad to sit on the thumb for the treatment.ย
