My cervical spine AROM was only 50% and a little worse with Left cervical rotation. After this, I have FULL AROM in all directions!! Even my upper cervical spine C1-2 increased to full range! (To test flex patient/client’s head to chest and rotate to L and R) Thank you so much for making this IC!

If you ever come across severe pain in your big toes due to inflammatory form of arthritis caused by a buildup of uric acid, it is indicative of gout.
